Welcome to Bella Beauty Mall. By browsing this website, purchasing a product or booking a treatment with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Products and services

We sell authentic Colombian fajas, post-surgical compression garments, shapewear and accessories, and we provide body-contouring, post-operative care, facials, waxing, lashes, brows and beauty-training services in Orlando, Florida. We work to describe every item and treatment as accurately as possible; colours and finishes may vary slightly from screen to product.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Square — we never see or store your full card number. An order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unexpectedly out of stock or if we cannot verify the billing details.

Shipping

We offer free US shipping on orders over $150; a flat rate applies below that. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

Returns and refunds

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, an item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, worn compression garments and intimate apparel cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

• Email us at bellabeautymallbbm@gmail.com or bbmllc23@icloud.com with your order number to start a return.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you and process any approved refund to your original payment method.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. We recommend a trackable service; we cannot guarantee we will receive an untracked return.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Appointments and cancellations

Treatment bookings are made through Square. New clients must complete the New Client Intake & Consent Form before their first appointment. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel; late cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings.
